Re: Futuro del foro.
Holaaaa

Hello.
Professor, many of us expressed similar sentiments previously—whether in this forum, another dedicated to machine tools, or even in the old metal hobby forum. The consensus, echoing Maca's perspective, is that closing the forum would result in the loss of a wealth of valuable data. The repository of knowledge amassed here is substantial, with numerous threads showcasing the expertise of both you and many other dedicated forum members. To shutter it would be akin to authoring comprehensive science books only to see them reduced to ashes.
Within the forum's confines lie myriad projects, each a testament to the collective ingenuity of its contributors. In my case, the reluctance to actively participate stems from the pervasive sense that the internet, in all its facets—this forum included—is a treacherous domain. Platforms like Facebook, MSN, the free market, and even individuals like Sergio, all appear fraught with potential risks. The ordeal of attempting to upload photos or content compounds this perception. It often feels like a 30 or 40-minute struggle, a process I find discouraging. Nevertheless, despite the challenges and complexities, there's a certain strangeness to the act that compels me to persist. If I embark on a project that hasn't been shared yet, I'm inclined to overcome these obstacles and contribute.
In essence, my stance aligns with the sentiment that closing the forum would be a tremendous loss. The collective wisdom, shared experiences, and ongoing projects within its digital walls constitute an invaluable resource that shouldn't be dismissed lightly.
Thank you.
